Overview
Many managers do not consider the role of on going coaching as being part of their job. Too often they don’t possess the relevant skills necessary to assist and coach their people so as to improve job performance and to effect behavioral change. Coaching is a vital skill in helping people to be the best they can be. This program will address the issue of the manager as a coach. The objective of the program is to impart ‘people development’ skills to managers so as to enable them provide effective coaching and support to staff on an on going basis.
