Module 1 - Managing People

This module will investigate the complexities of People Management enabling participants to identify the key components to enable them to get the best from their people. It will explore the role of the leader within the organisation and the extent to which they can influence the performance of the individual and the team. Delegates will be able as a result of this program to identify and develop a number of approaches to become better managers and get better results.

Module 2 - Time Management and Stress Management

This event program will focus on personal productivity to enable delegates to get the best from their selves and their time. Delegates will understand approaches to goal setting and managing multiple larger tasks over longer timescales. They will appreciate the importance of effective planning over longer and shorter timescales and how to organise their tasks. The program will also include information on how to combat the effects of stress and heavy workloads with information on the effects on performance of nutrition/exercise and sleep.

Module 3 - Presentation Skills

This module will provide confidence and structure to the presentation abilities of the delegates. They will learn how to develop presentation content and develop slides and narratives to get their message across effectively. There will also be an emphasis on managing the group and handling questions as well as an understanding of why certain approaches contribute to creating an effective presentation
