About Evolve

Evolve is a training consultancy company founded in Dublin in 1997. Currently we have offices in both Dublin and London. We provide high quality, inspiring training and consultancy to service and manufacturing sectors. Clients come to us when they require bespoke tailored learning solution for specific organisational goals, problems, performance gaps, or targets. While we work most aspects of organisational development, we have developed expertise in the areas of Sales, Management, Communication and Innovation.

At Evolve, we don’t hire trainers, we don’t do generic training, nor will we accept a training request without fully understanding your business issues.

We hire business consultants who are expert in the area of training, coaching and mentoring, and business development. Every consultant on our team has extensive experience of working in industry not just training and development. They were subject to rigorous vetting before they were invited to join the Evolve team, and they are constantly updating their expertise via ongoing education. Furthermore, they have undergone extensive internal training so that they understand our vision and philosophy, our way of working and approach to developing and managing relationships with our clients. In addition, every member of the team has a business development sales target. We feel that this only right given that one of our areas of expertise is in the area of training people to sell!

We are sufficiently experienced to have worked through both good times and previous recessionary times.

We believe in partnering with clients as opposed to providing them with a service. We guarantee satisfaction with all our work once we accept a commission. This guarantee is the quality assurance we offer each and every client of our company: our training programmes aren't off the shelf; neither are we.
